 Please grab a giant tub of tissues and prepare to cry your eyes out, because things are about to get all kinds of emo. Like, even more emo than Conor Oberst's bangs. After years of uncertainty, it looks like Leah Messer and Corey Simms are finally getting some answers about Baby Ali's mysterious medical condition!

This is great news, but poor Ali has to undergo surgery so the docs can do a muscle biopsy and figure out what kind of disorder she has, which causes both Leah and Corey to break down in the hospital waiting room.

Considering that these two have a fraught relationship full of baseball hats and phone-burping, we're more than a little impressed by their solidarity. Leah and Corey totally have each other's backs, and Leah's hubby, Jeremy, is able to get time off work to come with them to the hospital. Aww, they're just like one big, happy family!

But back to what's important: what muscular disorder does Baby Ali have? That remains to be seen, but it's looking more and more like she has Mitochondrial Disease, which causes cell injury in the brain, heart, liver, skeletal muscles, kidney, and both endocrine and respiratory systems. The disease can cause loss of motor skills, muscle weakness, seizures, liver disease and diabetes (among other ailments), and if Ali is officially diagnosed it will be a lot to take in.

The good news? This adorable kiddo is amazingly brave, and we're sure she can make it through anything!

Jenelle Evans Is Committed By Her Mom For Drug Addiction!

Watching Jenelle Evans battle with drug addiction is even more tragic than the fact that we just consumed two giant meat lovers' pizzas. This gal has been trying so hard to get her life on track, but now that she's back with the hunky swamp creature known as Kieffer Delp, things have gone majorly downhill.

Jenelle's taken to using "dope" (which we have a feeling isn't code for Alfredo sauce), and as you might expect everyone is super worried. We're worried, the feral alligators are worried, and Jenelle's mom, Barbara Evans, is basically through the roof.

This Bostonian beauty is convinced that her darling daughter is "high-high-high" on heroin after walking in on her passed out next to a syringe, and decides it's time for an intervention. Barbara has Jenelle involuntarily committed to a psychiatric hospital thanks to the fact that she's a danger to herself, and the sheriff immediately takes her in for evaluation.

Jenelle gets released after a brief three hour stint in the psych ward, and as you might expect she denies doing anything wrong. Meanwhile, Kieffer decides to take Barbara and her boyfriend, Mike, to court for "breaking and entering" (aka trying to save Jenelle from a heroin overdose) to which we say "LOL."

Note to Kieffer: heroin possession is way more illegal than stealing someone's heroin paraphernalia in the hopes of saving their life. Also, you are not on Jenelle's lease, buddy.

Leah Messer and Corey Simms Take Aliannah to the Hospital! (VIDEO) From 4/122/13 Show

 

On monday night’s episode of Teen Mom 2,  a lot went down between our girls Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska, and Jenelle Evans — but the most emotional moment had to be when mountain mama Leah Messer decided to go through with the muscle biopsy for her daughter Aliannah Simms.

As we all know, Aliannah was born with a development condition that has affected the 3-year-old’s motor skills. In a sneak peak clip for Teen Mom 2's Season 4 finale, we see Leah Messer and ex-husband/baby daddy, Corey Simms, take their little girl Aliannah to the hospital to prep the tyke for surgery. It’s a very emotional scene as both parents have to stay strong to keep their little girl from getting scared of the strangers around her.

After Leah gives her little girl some medication to reduce her anxiety, she dresses in hospital gear and takes her into the operating room. Once that’s done, Leah comes outside and seeks comfort in Corey until they can see their little girl again.

 Who said being a parent was easy?

Confirmed: Kailyn Lowry Is Leaving Pennsylvania

It seems that fans just met Javi Marroquin on Teen Mom 2, but already he and Kailyn Lowry are married and starting their life together. On some of the most recent episodes, Kail has been seen talking about Javi joining the military and what that means for her and Isaac. Of course she will want to move with her husband to support him, but that could cause a sticky custody battle. Fortunately, it looks like all of that may have been settled already!

On Tuesday, Kailyn tweeted, "Guess who's moving out of PA next month?"

The couple already know where they will be stationed at, but are not sharing that information with the public and who can blame them? Surely, there would be people that would have something to say no matter where Javi gets stationed. However, Kailyn has mentioned a few places where they haven't been stationed which include the Carolina's and Texas. With so many Air Force bases around, hopefully Javi was able to get stationed on one relatively close to Pennsylvania so that Isaac can maintain a relationship with Jo.

While it may not be an ideal situation, Isaac needs to be with his mother while still knowing his father. Even though he may not get to see Jo and his family quite as often, Kailyn Lowry has made it clear that she isn't taking Isaac away from his father.

Javi will be home in about three weeks and it seems like they will be leaving shortly after. It is likely that Javi was able to take some leave days in order to spend time with his family and get them situated at their new home.

Congratulations to Kailyn and her family. It looks like things are finally falling in place for her!

Kailyn Lowry's New Book Is Coming Out Soon!

Great news, guys! Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry’s first book, Pride Over Pity, is set to come out very soon, and, of course, you know we definitely want to get our hands on a copy.

The 21-year-old Pennsylvanian mama tweeted “My book will be out so soon! What are you hoping to read about most? #BEFOREthecameras,” on April 14 and it (as you can imagine) sent fans into hyperdrive. We can just imagine them right now camped out in front of their local Barnes & Noble.

We’ve been following news of Kailyn’s book progress since she started writing in 2011, teasing fans with an inside look at the events in her life before MTV’s cameras changed everything.

The book will be “not so much about being a teen mom- more about living with an addict & absent father resulting in where I am now,” Kail tweeted on March 5. A couple days later, the Teen Mom 2 star was on her way to meet with her legal team and her book’s co-author, Adrienne Wenner.

Since then, Kail has been pounding away at the keys, earning an online shout-out from adorable hubby, Javi Marroquin.

“I'm so proud of my wife. She's accomplishing so much. She never rests. Graduated and now finishing her book. #superwoman @KailLowry,” he tweeted late last month.

We’re so happy to welcome Kailyn as a new member of the Teen Mom Authors Club, which include the likes of 16 and Pregnant’s Ashley Salazar and Teen Mom’s newest adult film star, Farrah Abraham!

'Teen Mom 2' canceled? Producer says not so fast

“Teen Mom 2” fans can breathe a sigh of relief as there is still a little bit of hope for the MTV show. According to a new report released by Teen Mom News on April 16, producer Morgan J. Freeman spoke out and insists that a final decision has not been made just yet.

So, what does that mean? Well, it simply means that the network hasn’t decided whether or not to film and air a fifth season of the show. Even though the producer says a decision has not yet been made, it seems unlikely that the show will be renewed. Many of the girls have stated that they are ready to move on with their lives, most notably Kailyn Lowry, who is reportedly expecting her second child and ready to start her life with her husband. In fact, it was Kailyn Lowry who said the show had not yet been picked up for a fifth season.

If the show were to go on, they would need to start filming fast or else face having the fifth season far behind the fourth. That is one of the biggest complaints from “Teen Mom 2” fans, too. They dislike the fact that everything they see on television happened several months (and in some cases over a year) prior to the airing. It is understandable that the show can’t be filmed and then aired within a matter of days, but the time gap has become too much for some fans.

While a fifth season may not happen, it would be nice to do a sort of “wrap up” season with the girls. Everyone has changed so much since their “16 And Pregnant” days and it would be a good way to say good-bye.

Leah Messer-Calvert is happily living in West Virginia with her husband, Jeremy Calvert, the twins, and their new daughter, Adalynn. She works at a tanning salon and is very happy. Of course, fans would love the opportunity to see Ali and Aleeah all grown up and to meet Adalynn.

As mentioned above, Kailyn Lowry is married to Javi Marroquin and the two are reportedly expecting a baby together. They are now getting ready to move out of Pennsylvania and to Javi’s first assignment. It is easy to see why Kailyn Lowry wants to be done with the reality show.

Not much has changed with Chelsea Houska. She is still finishing up beauty school and recently found out that Aubree will have a little sibling. No, Chelsea isn’t pregnant, but Adam’s girlfriend, Taylor is expecting a baby. With so much drama between Chelsea and Adam already, it seems unlikely she would want to have that played out on “Teen Mom 2” (although MTV would likely love it.)

Then, there is Jenelle Evans. Rumor has it her antics are the main reason for the rumored cancelation in the first place. Although she isn’t in jail like Amber Portwood, many feel she has made a joke out of being a teen mom and is the reason that the show should no longer be on the air.

Overall, even though a decision hasn’t been made to continue or end the show, fans don’t have much hope that the network will bring it back. Hopefully, though, they do continue to keep fans updated with the girls!

Jenelle Evans Is Moving — Again!

Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans is basically a wandering minstrel. Watching this gal on MTV is like watching a marathon of HGTV's House Hunters — she's always moving! Jenelle most recently lived with her roommate, Julia Knowles (who also happens to be besties with Jenelle's ex-fiance, Gary Head), but she's packing up her swag and moving to a new crib. Why, you ask? To be closer to her adorable son, Jace!

"Moving day, lol again! New house closer to Jace," Jenelle tweeted on April 7, adding "decided I wanted to be closer to Jace and there's no business me being in Jacksonville."

Apparently, Julia is less than thrilled that Jenelle's leaving their love shack, and even claims that Jenelley hasn't been paying rent. Jenelle's response? "I have paid rent up until April 13th. I decided to leave... No one kicked me out. I just needed time to decide," she explained, adding "I was never on he lease there. Maybe she's mad at the fact I decided to move out and they need help with bills."

Jenelle claims that she's "getting away from the negative environment" and trying to "start out fresh," and we're starting to wonder whether or not she's moving back in with her recently estranged hubby, Courtland Rogers. This would be a huge step in their relationship, especially since Jenelle and Courtland only recently got back together and the fact that she still has assault charges out on him.

Sigh, at least this gal is moving closer to her kiddo! Hopefully she'll get tons of bonding time in with Jace

Jenelle Evans Rushed to Hospital

Things are not good for Jenelle Evans. Yesterday afternoon, the star of MTV's Teen Mom 2 was rushed to the hospital for bleeding. This is not the first time this has happened to the star who has had ovarian cysts in the past that rupture and cause internal bleeding and pain.

Luckily her husband Courtland Rogers was there telling Radar Online all about how much he loves her and how worried he is. Or something.
Let's give him the benefit of the doubt that Radar contacted him (I hope). But still. Why would be be on the phone with them when he is worried abut his wife's well-being? Something just does not feel right here.
Jenelle's cysts are no joke. Having had one myself, I know how much it hurts. She keeps getting them, so it does make you wonder about her health. Is she taking care of herself like she should be? Is her family taking care of her?
Jenelle is a grown woman, but she has a lot of problems, many of which likely stem from her upbringing and her family. Rumor has it that her sister has cancer. And now she is rushed to the hospital? What is going on with this family?
Part of living in the spotlight means that every little thing that happens to you becomes news. For Jenelle, this is bad. Because her life is just a series of unfortunate events that make great tabloid fodder. But it does not really help her.
Who really loves Jenelle? Who is really there for her? Who could help remind her that she needs to care for herself and stop doing drugs and marrying crazy people and get herself together?
This is terribly sad, but I have no doubt it will just keep on happening until Jenelle surrounds herself with people who care more about her and less about what MTV can do for them.

Teen Mom' Star's Photo of Topless 3-Year-Old Daughter Causes Uproar

Another Teen Mom 2 star's parenting is being criticized, but how's this for a twist? Corey Simms, ex-husband of Leah Messer Calvert, may not have been doing anything wrong. At least, he thinks it was A-OK to tweet a photo of his 3-year-old daughter without a shirt.
The photo of Simms' and Calvert's twins, Aliannah and Aleeah, went up on Twitter over the weekend. It features both of the toddlers tearing into their Easter baskets. Only Ali is wearing PJS. Aleeah is half naked. Take a look:

OK, so she's clearly wearing undies ... and that's it. It looked like a typical morning with toddlers to me, but a fan immediately jumped on Corey for sharing the photo, tweeting back:

    u should be a little more careful of the pics with no clothes on.. Your in the public world..

Considering the "topless" photo is of a 3-year-old, it sounds like someone's stretching awfully far to find fault with the reality star. But could she have a point?

Hold up; I'm not saying there's anything dirty or wrong about what Corey did. As he tweeted back:

    she's a child that's how she woke up.. Get over it.

It's not as if the Teen Mom 2 star stripped his daughter down and tried to take a lascivious photo. Kids just LOVE being naked (or half naked in this case), and we parents love to capture pictures of them being themselves. Most parents have a ton of these photos around the house. I have even framed a few of my favorites of my own daughter.

The problem is how we share the photos. Our parents took those photos of innocent little girls without their shirts on, and maybe they blew one up and hung it on the living room wall.

Today parents are putting the same photos on Facebook for their 693 "closest" friends to see. They're uploading them to Instagram. They're shooting them out on Twitter where anyone and their grandmother can see them.

That's where it gets dicey.

Suddenly that photo isn't just a cutesy family memento. It's open to criticism from the whole world and it's something that could potentially embarrass your kid down the line when they hit that age where EVERYTHING is embarrassing, but especially half nekkid photos of them from childhood.

I have to say one more time, I'm not knocking Corey here. He saw cute kids having fun, and he shared it. He didn't MEAN to potentially embarrass them 13 years down the road ... he's living in the moment as a dad. Not to mention, Ali and Aleeah have already had their baby and toddlerhoods bared open for the world to see; one more picture is hardly going to change anything. They've got plenty of ammunition against Corey and Leah both!

But next time you go to share a photo of your little girl without her shirt on, you might want to take five seconds and ask yourself: do I really NEED to share this?

Kailyn Lowry's Pregnancy Confirmed; Gender Guesses Revealed

Last week, Javi Marroquin's sister confirmed to InTouch magazine that her brother and his wife, Kailyn Lowry, were expecting a baby together. Typically, the Teen Mom stars aren't allowed to leak this kind of information to the magazines themselves, so they often have a family member do it for them. Not only that, but Kailyn had her friend go to InTouch recently to reveal her and Javi's wedding photo. Overall, the story is believable, especially since the two said they had exciting news to share with fans. Still, though, there hasn't been any solid confirmation. On Monday night, however, some tweets popped up that seemed to confirm that Kailyn is indeed pregnant again.
A friend tweeted to Javi, "ps I saw a pic of your baby today! Baby girl! And I'm never wrong."
The tweet is now gone, but screenshots captured by Fame Kingdom show that Javi did indeed respond and said, "hahaha Kail says she's never wrong either. Hahah you think so?!"
The conversation went on a little and a lot of people seem to think that Kailyn is going to have a girl this time. It will be interesting if Kailyn and Javi decide to find out the gender of their baby, though. Some people like to wait until the baby is born, but others like the convenience of finding out so that it makes planning easier.
Fans are elated that Kailyn Lowry has found happiness with Javi Marroquin. The two have had their issues, but are now happily married and, apparently, ready to add to their family! Of course, there are those who will still wait until one of the two address the story directly and there isn't anything wrong with that. With so many rumors being printed every week, it is easy to see why the girls sometimes stay quiet on things.
